After successful finish of our university studies, we decided together with my wife that we need to improve our English knowledge and that we want to gain some more intercultural experience to enrich our horizons . Since we already spent some time in the USA during our studies, we have chosen to go to Australia. A land pretty distant from our home, but very attractive on the other hand as well.
Even though we already has some experience with travel arrangements, we decided to seek professional advice by contacting AUSSIE STUDY agency. This has turned out to be a great choice later on. It was clear even during the initial interview that people working in this agency know a lot about studying in Australia. And we have to admit that we had a huge number of questions. Based on the fact that we didn’t have the possibility of visiting the agency personally on a daily basis, we literally bombarded them with our emails. And within a couple of hours, they always responded. They treated us with honesty and we were told information which we didn’t have a clue of. Maybe a little bit too late but I am doing it after all – a huge thank you for helping me to arrange my Study Stay here in Australia. I have to say that it has been a positive surprise and I am extremely satisfied with the services of the Aussie Study agency. Despite a good first impression and great information service, I was still a bit doubtful how the reality will look like. A lot of my friends had experiences with this sort of stays abroad and they warned me not to také all the nice promises of some agencies seriously since they tend not to keep them in all aspects. After paying out your school and other fees the quality of services goes rapidly down.
This is what has been staying in my mind when I departed for Australia even though I really appreciated great assistance from your agency when arranging my student visa. Even despite my situation, which hasn’t been the easiest one, I was granted visa without any problems.
Even the greatest doubts diminished when I arrived to Australia. I was fearful of what everything was expecting me and what everything I would have to arrange on my own. But this wasn’t the case. Martin was waiting for me on the airport as he promised and after that, everything went smoothly and I was totally surprised by the number of things I was helped with which even outgrew my expectations. Beginnings are always difficult, any of the students will agree on that. It takes time to settle in, to get used to the school, work, temperatures and speaking in different language. But it only takes time and after this initial period the life here is great and there is a lot of nice things to do. I personally had a lot of enthusiasm and energy in the beginning but I didn’t need to do too much thanks to the great service I received from your office in Sydney. All the paperwork with school, immigration office or accommodation have been handled well by you and everything went smoothly. All that helped me to concentrate on what was important and difficult in the beginning after my arrival. But all of this is already past and I need to focus on something different now- how can I prolong my stay here? :o)
